As a career sales professional, Agiloft gives you the confidence to sell a world-class product with the knowledge that the entire company, literally, is dedicated and focused on taking care of clients - no exceptions. This is simply the most talent, dedicated, and able group of individuals I've had the privilege to work for. I recommend Agiloft with highest praise and enthusiasm.

      No cons. The tone is set from the top and is consistent throughout the company. Clients first and everything good follows. World-class product with world-class leadership and people.

      Pros

      Good People with heart. The majority of the company is made up of highly motivated individuals with big ideas that really want to have an impact. In my view there are opportunities to bring new ideas to the table as Leadership is willing to listen and learn.

      Cons

      Hypergrowth with hypergrowth goals can mean that we spread ourselves thin, fail to focus, and struggle with top down alignment for core initiatives. Days can be long and teams are feeling stretched to their max.
