      Pros

      Good People with heart. The majority of the company is made up of highly motivated individuals with big ideas that really want to have an impact. In my view there are opportunities to bring new ideas to the table as Leadership is willing to listen and learn.

      Cons

      Hypergrowth with hypergrowth goals can mean that we spread ourselves thin, fail to focus, and struggle with top down alignment for core initiatives. Days can be long and teams are feeling stretched to their max.

      Pros

      Agiloft is a breath of fresh air compared to most tech companies. Leadership is approachable, kind, and fun. CEO hosts an all company call every week with updates and communication is transparent and proactive. The executive team is top notch and invested in employees.

      Cons

      Normal growing pains for this size of company, implementing sales processes will help.
