Pros

Agiloft has an amazing company culture at all levels. No matter to whom you speak to in the company, people love working here. As a true remote-first company, Agiloft also manages the work-from-home situation quite well by offering a lot of flexibility, wellness benefits and respects personal time off. The product is highly customizable with a no-code platform, which is a true game changer for our clients.

Cons

Since the company is remote first, the colleagues are working from all across North America, which requires some flexibility to accommodate for the time zone differences.

The culture is as important as the product

Pros

Unending focus on the quality of the product and a roadmap that future proofs our customers - but always prioritizing our team first. Agiloft is living proof you can continually raise the bar in the marketplace for the performance of your product and your company in a way that's positive, engaging, and kind.

Cons

Hard to find something. There is a commonality of the "SaaS condition," and rapid growth always has growing pains -- but Agiloft remains focused on making progress in a way that brings everyone along.

Pros

Agiloft is made up of primarily incredibly smart and talented people who are experts in their fields. This allows you to rely on and trust others to do their jobs. It has a remote-working environment, which can, at some companies, be difficult, but Agiloft does everything it can to make it feel as human as possible and connects employees in several productive ways. The company continues to hit goals and move forward, which ultimately becomes the culture.

Cons

It's fast-paced - not really a con. There's a lot of work to be done, so people who are looking for a passive role, it's probably not at Agiloft.
