      Market perception is very positive with many customer advocates Growing quickly with lots of opportunities Strong leadership team

      Cons

      Managing growth is always a challenge, including getting different departments to communicate effectively - but Agiloft is actually doing a pretty good job in this area. This isn't an Agiloft-specific issue - it comes with being successful and growing quickly.

      Pros

      Great culture and environment. It is not just stated but FELT! Coming in with 8yrs experience and it is most definitely being utilized, meanwhile adding new experiences and methods under my belt. It has been a pleasant experience overall thus far....looking forward to a long relationship with Agiloft.

      Cons

      Fast pace....but thats not a con, unless you arent prepared or used to slower moving machine.

      Pros

      Agiloft has an amazing company culture at all levels. No matter to whom you speak to in the company, people love working here. As a true remote-first company, Agiloft also manages the work-from-home situation quite well by offering a lot of flexibility, wellness benefits and respects personal time off. The product is highly customizable with a no-code platform, which is a true game changer for our clients.

      Cons

      Since the company is remote first, the colleagues are working from all across North America, which requires some flexibility to accommodate for the time zone differences.
