Pros

A diverse group of sharp, genial people doing solid work. The stress level seems low, despite the ever-expanding client base. Lots of room to branch out into different roles and projects!

Cons

The time it takes train up and become productive is definitely lengthy, if that bothers you.

This company is growing fast, but doing it the right way, unlike the venture back startups you here so much about. Being profitable and VC-free they don't have pressure to do foolish short-sighted things - they can focus on winning the long game.

Cons

Their successful strategy is really starting to kick-in, generating enormous interest in the companies products. Everyone is very busy!
