      Pros

      - Incredibly collaborative environment. Suggestions, opinions and perspectives are welcome in open discussions - The people are all great, and inclusive. Given that remote would sometimes feel isolated, I don't feel that way at all - A lot of growth opportunities

      Cons

      - Considering career / opportunity advancements - it'd be nice to have a robust mentorship program in place.

      Most Collaborative Environment I've ever worked in

      Pros

      Agiloft is the best company I've worked for. The product is great. Co-workers and Managers are very helpful and supportive. There is extensive documentation regarding the product and weekly training on Friday to help us get up to speed regarding product concepts and features. You NEVER feel like you are a burden to your co-workers/managers when you ask for help. This is the most collaborative environment I have been in.

      Cons

      The boarding/interview process was quite long. I had to take two tests, and five different interviews (3 with a recruiter, 1 with a manager, and 1 with a senior manager) before getting my offer/acceptance letter.
