      - Amazing workplace for anyone who enjoys working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. The international environment is one of the company's biggest strengths and makes work both fascinating and rewarding - Great opportunity to learn from colleagues with different perspectives, experiences, and ways of thinking - People are generally kind, approachable, and willing to help, creating a friendly and collaborative atmosphere - Strong multicultural environment that makes every day interesting and encourages both personal and professional growth - A welcoming workplace where it's easy to build relationships with colleagues from around the world

      - Introduce a more consistent and transparent system for evaluating people managers - Make regular skip-level or adviser/mentor meetings a company-wide requirement so employees have support beyond their direct manager. - Relying on a single manager for career development can limit feedback, growth opportunities, and visibility - Agoda already has mechanisms like this, but in my experience they weren't consistently followed within my team. Over time, the practice disappeared despite me raising the issue several times - Better enforcement of company-wide people management standards would help ensure employees have a consistent experience regardless of their team or manager
