      The payment will be on time. Employees will respond and help you with all the documents. contacts with Direct Clients(vendor+employer)

      Cons

      PTO's hardly 16-24 hours per annum. salary hikes are impossible.

      good for first project

      Pros

      The first project mostly will be a long term project and they will fulfill all promises. PTO, Insurance, relocation, GC processing

      Cons

      Once the first project is over, they dont have many direct clients and so, will have hard time finding new project. They call it full time but its contracting with your package dependent on the billing rate and if you are not on any project, your pay will be stopped once your PTOs are over.
