Exceptional Support and Guidance: You highlighted their consistent professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to answer questions and provide clear guidance. This level of support can be invaluable when navigating new roles or companies. Reliability and Communication: Their "responsibility" suggests they're dependable and follow through on their commitments. Good communication, keeping you informed, and being available are critical for a positive experience.

Cons

Limited Direct Control: Sometimes, you might feel less in control of the direct communication with the hiring company initially, as the agency acts as an intermediary. Potential for Misalignment: While not my experience, sometimes an agency might not fully grasp a candidate's or company's needs, leading to unsuitable matches. Temporary Nature of Initial Placement: Although after six months i had finally direct hire, starting in a temporary role can come with less job security or benefits initially compared to a direct hire from the outset.

AgreeYa is a fantastic organization. The HRs are really helpful, there are good policies at the overall organization level and minimum micromanagement - Hybrid work environment is cherry on the top.
