I Have a great experience with the organization. The work culture is excellent and highly conducive to productivity. I have received tremendous support from both team members and seniors who have been consistently helpful. Moreover, the support function is easily accessible with just a call away. I appreciate the various employee engagement initiatives taken by the organization.

Pros

Like many other Indian Consultancies, what they do is nothing but modern slavery.

Cons

As per their company policy, employees are not eligible for any AL/EL for the first one year and as I decided not to sign their Employment Agreement where they mentioned in places about Legal Action even before joining that company!
