New opportunities are given to employees on their preferences and skills. company has good infrastructure Open Door policy, management is very approachable and friendly. Any employee can walk up to any of the seniors and resolve their issues. Very Employee Friendly.

Cons

More projects on different technologies are needed for employees to get alot of new opportunity.

Best immigration process. Very transparent. 401k match up to 4%. GC process started after 6 months of joining.

Cons

Very less direct clients. But recruitment team was flexible to work on c2c with other companies.
