There is nothing wrong with company as such, however, its WORST place for Staffing Sales professionals who are held responsible for everything; rt. from business development, client coordination and even delivery many of times. Reason being their delivery team has neither any direct/indirect reporting to sales people and Nor has any targets in place, hence, they work as per their convenience and never work dedicatedly for new accounts. Consequently, all new sales guys are landed up in soup from both sides client and internal mgmt.

Only thing i experienced was delay in communication with visa team.
