      Pros

      I was with the company for past 2 years. It is a good company to work. Employee benefits are good. They are clear about internal policies. They have good number of reputable clients.

      Cons

      Some paperwork could be done using automated portals.

      Pros

      Great work environment, great team and fun place to work. Successful because they care about their staff, their clients and strive to be the best at what they do.

      Cons

      Some of the internal systems are a little outdated and not user friendly. They would be much more successful if they invested in better a better ATS and CRM. Sometimes internal systems are not keeping pace with what is available in the market place.
