AgreeYa is a good company to work for. My initial contacts were Great

Cons

They lack follow through. It comes across as not interested in assisting their employees. The excitement is in the chase and once they get the candidate that's it. Also, their pay periods (10th and 25th monthly) are not that Great.

Pros

They furnish exhaustive documentation about the position. Are VERY helpful, friendly and honest about their areas of expertise. They are striving for actually matching people to positions correctly, not just dumping someone in a job. They seem to have a keen understanding that a successful candidate will do better, long term, for their company and the candidate.

Cons

This is not something that can be helped, at times, a very heavy accent can be difficult to understand. Understand that my accent, regional terminology, ... could have been just as difficult for them to understand.

If you believe in personal investment, continued/adaptive learning and knowledge, are wanting to not just be a part of a team but a part of a family, and believe in true positive company culture, then this is the place for you. If not, this company would not be the right fit and you could find yourself dissatisfied.
