Shorted bonuses for multiple AgreeYa sales employees
Pros
If you're selling full solutions, the Power BI and App Dev teams are good. I met a couple other good people there.
Cons
If you have sorted through all the contractor reviews and finally found yourself on this Business Development / Account Executive / Solutions Manager review, congrats! Your first red flag should be this: AgreeYa shorted me a bonus for absolutely no reason in my first 90 days. After I left, I found out that 3 other sales reps left as well (recently - late October 2019). One of the reps was also shorted a large bonus that was owed by AgreeYa A majority of your support will be located in India. Whether that is delivery, staffing, legal, pre sales, etc. Some individuals are familiar with this model and have worked with support this way. If you have, understand that they are stretched thin from a staffing perspective. Your support sways depending on what type of job orders you bring in. I went from receiving multiple candidates a day for my first couple months (100% IT roles), to almost zero a week in my last 2 months. Must have been some heavy bandwidth needed for the only 2 clients you ever hear about; Deliotte and Verizon. The Solutions side I found very time consuming internally. Everyone wants to be involved with every deal, which includes the CEO. They say they can deliver certain projects, but you will find out this will be their first time scoping it. All in all there is little to no support if you're remote, you are putting every account into CRM yourself, you will receive zero leads, and almost every manager or Executive I had a conversation with was at one point condescending and/or rude. I'm pretty sure I was hired because I'm American and I had contacts in my city to bring over. I hope this helps with your decision.
