      AgroFresh is a global company with a positive mission - reduce food waste. The company is based in beautiful Philadelphia with offices around the world. You have the opportunity to work with ambitious colleagues with different backgrounds and experiences. The culture is very results oriented and focused on working as a team. The company affords flexibility to those who demonstrate that they are productive and accountable.

      Cons

      As an innovative and growing company, there are a lot of priorities and the focus can shift quickly. You must be agile and comfortable with change.

      Pros

      Summer hours, fresh fruit and snacks are always in the office, flexible work schedule (understanding of doctor appointments, life happenings), exposure to different cultures, and friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      With less than a year under my belt it is difficult to say; for me, it can be challenging to connect with workers and form relationships with those who I don't see in person yet work together consistently. There are many remote workers and other locations within the company.
