Pros

- Salaries & bonuses are (way too) generous - Head office is beautiful with free underground parking - Quality products

Cons

- Company financials are a disaster: revenue has grown 10-fold through acquisition but the company is not making profit. HUGE debt - Job cuts, positions abolished every 6 months - Best to look elsewhere if you are looking for longevity - This company has acute meeting syndrome: Several mid-to-high level management in meetings non-stop with no concrete actions taken by anyone - Every single decision needs to go through 5+ levels of approval before anything happens... needless to see not much changes. - I would give it 1 star if it wasn't for the above-average compensation

Pros

Corporate office is state of the art, good pay, many projects to work on

Cons

People in leadership positions are afraid to make decisions, many corporate barriers to get things done, overallocation of key resources + lack of ability for those resources to delegate impacts progress and creates delays regularly.

Pros

Pay is great, good benefits and healthcare. Good amount of overtime hours, but that is usually the result of lack of organization on managements part.

Cons

Toxic employees abusing drugs. Management is aware of the drug use but does nothing. Also, the quality of the milk has gone down a lot since the plant was bought out by Agropur a few years ago after Safeway owned it. They compromise on quality to save a few bucks. A lot of the workers choose to buy other dairy brands rather than the ones from Agropur. Unfortunate but true. Additionally, the union that represents the plant employs intimidation tactics to ensure they aren't voted out. The consensus amongst a majority of the workers is that we need a change in management. The desire to save a few bucks by compromising the quality of the products is a poor business model and will cost the company profits in the long run.
