Pros

They pay great, entry level is $26.20 but that is only 70% of the regular rate. Once you've been there for a year it bumps up to 80% and then 100 after 2 years. For the qualifications this is some of the best pay in the industry,

Cons

There is a lot of manual labour involved in this job. It depends on what you're doing but it is mostly made up for. Also the expectation is that you are free all the time for any shift unless they have given you vacation which is very seldom when you are a new employee. Tenured senior employees can essentially walk over you if they feel and do whatever they want.

Pros

Pros of being an employee: No need to worry about getting business run , do your job, enjoy holidays and spend time with family Salary will credit to your account monthly basis, if the company is making losses also. Can takes leaves as per need.

Cons

You will not worry about not getting paid next month One of the good things about a regular job is that you will receive your money every month. That means you can just keep doing what you do, and not worry about a business project not working out, a client not paying, or else. That level of insecurity is left for entrepreneurs. 2. Employee benefits The perks of being an employee include paid vacations and sick days, health and life insurance, a retirement plan, social security, workers compensation, and more. That makes life much easier for the employee. Imagine having to deal with all these yourself and paying for them from your pocket. Because that is the life of an entrepreneur. 3. Separating life and work Not everyone wants to be the busy business owner who leaves a family event to handle a crisis at work or the entrepreneur and parent who’s always on the phone or answering emails and travelling all the time to meet with clients. What’s more, the lack of fixed working hours can drive some people crazy, ruin their sleep, and eventually affect their mental and physical health. Employees, however, know precisely when and for how long they need to be at work, after which they can leave and forget about anything that happened there. That means they can strive and usually achieve a work and life balance. These are not connected in any way, which is comforting for people who do not want unnecessary stress in their life.
