      Pros

      - National footprint. - Competitive edge from other rental houses and dealerships. - Good starter company to get a foot in the equipment, rental, and supply industry. - Higher up on the org chart you go, the better time you'll have. > an SM or BM.

      Cons

      -Unhealthy culture. -Complicated commission structure -Internal bottlenecks and roadblocks make doing business difficult.

      Pros

      The diversity of the staff and the teamwork I shared within the Credit department. Once I was promoted and given a raise, my new colleagues were hostile. I believe it was due to our differences in race.

      Cons

      HR does not address serious claims of harassment. As an educated female, I was promoted, then harassed and humiliated by my new colleagues with no true investigation. I filed a sexual harassment complaint, with no feedback or investigation from HR. Rather, Ahern retaliated against me and informed me I was being terminated due to Covid 19. I am still seeking legal counsel.

      Fairly family oriented. Benefits are good.

      Good old boy system culture is pretty much how this place functions. Some shady stuff going on.
