Stable environment. good benefits package. ability to work unsupervised in climate where you are trusted to complete your tasks. flexible time off.

Cons

High turnover rate. Management not always compatible with employees they supervise. No opportunity for advancement. No training regimine or credit for continuing education.

Maybe the Ahold people can fix the Delhaize culture

Cons

Brought me into the organization and said they were interested in changing. I received no support from my manager. The organization didn't want to change. HR and IT rule in the organization and managers have no authority. Run from this place.
