Pros

Great and talented team members. Lovely and creative office space. Challenging yet rewarding projects. Enjoying working here.

Cons

They used to have a very bad hire. Fortunately they were able to correct it and let her go quickly. Hiring is back on track now.

Pros

If you are an engineer, tech side of the company seems to be mostly happy. Could be a good place to learn and be on the cutting edge of computer vision technology if that is what you love.

Cons

If you are in project management, product management, sales or operations do not waste a single day of your career here. You will not receive mentorship, career growth opportunities or a bonus. Expect your leadership to extract everything they can from you while they make empty promises of some big payoff down the line. Mission, goals and priorities change month to month. Puzzling personnel decisions are made like hiring new talent and eliminating those positions soon after. Nothing but incompetence and fear here.
