Micromanaging at its finest

Pros

Aimbridge seems to leave a lot of decisions to the local hotel management. This could be a great thing with great management.

Cons

Micromanaging can run rampant with such a loose corporate structure. I hardly heard about what Aimbridge was doing as a company. I had no formal training or introduction to Aimbridge as a company. It left me feeling like I would only be able to move up at my hotel.
