      People that work here are great!

      Cons

      No accountability for anything. People get away with almost anything due to the fact that most of the supervisors don't enforce anything (quality, safety, etc)

      Not too difficult with a very manageable work life balance. Teams and managers are very dependable and easy to work with.

      There is a lot of sustaining work. New build projects come don't come very often.
