Pros

Great clinical training, autonomy, amazing line level colleagues. Significant improvement in wages over the last couple of years. Very inclusive hiring practices. Very proud of the safety culture.

Cons

Some (Not all) managers who micromanage and are clueless on how to treat professionals.

Pay is decent but could be better,

Cons

Many toxic bases. Poor maintenance and lazy mechanics. Old aircraft. You will be sent to a toxic base and they will make it very hard for you to leave so you will hate your job for months until you finally get sent somewhere else that probably isn't much better. Pressure to fly and to accept flights that go beyond your 12 hour shift.
