Great benefits and pay, horrible management .

Company had great pay and benefits and co-workers were an awesome team to work with!

Cons

Constantly shifting hours including overnight shifts. Poor work life balance. Maintenance control manager Joe Brauch created a completely toxic work environment.

- Impactful work - Great people - Lots of opportunities to change an industry

Cons

- Management and Executives have a legacy mindset (need to be more willing and open to solutions rather than entirely budget focused or bent on fixing broken things) and they need to look to future technology to help better serve the medical transportation industry - The automatic yearly 3% raise is a joke, this needs to be better evaluated based on inflation, promotions, etc.
