Good place to work if if you don't mind being on call all the time.

Good work environment. If you do a good job maintaining the base aircraft management leaves you alone.

Cons

Never receive any feedback on job performance. If you receive no feedback then you are doing great! Difficult to transfer to another base out of the area. Had a manager write me up and torpedo my chance to move to another base for a lead position.
