Pros

Great location options in the state

Cons

Depending on location, you may find yourself extremely fatigued due to flight volume. Fortunately AirMethods is very safety conscious and allows for crew rest when necessary. Some area managers have unreasonably expectation and pressure crews to fly.

Pros

Small company feel. Corporate is a casual fun environment. We provide a great service to our communities and it feels good to be part of that mission.

Cons

401k match is lacking. Private company so no options for stock sharing. Compensation is sometimes behind market demand. Employees are sometimes seemingly let go for no reason. Transparency and communication has room for improvement.
