It was a job, they paid me on time. Decent benefits. Could be better, could be worse. Pay was middle of the road.

Cons

Micromanaged on every level. Maitenance, managers on top of managers. One event happened and you'd need to make 3 phone calls, some text alerts, and fill out a load of paperwork on top of it.

Pros

The only pro was that the company was local and the commute was easy

Cons

The office in San Bernardino operates in a constant state of chaos. There is an excessive amount of overtime, which employees are pressured to work, including taking work home. They struggle to keep good employees, because most sane and talented people leave for better working conditions. Managers and supervisors need training on time management and how to focus on the tasks that have the best outcomes/benefits. .

If you are an intelligent selfless person who loves to work for arrogant fools, this is the place for you!

Cons

Executive Leadership are nothing but Money Grubbers focused solely on themselves and shareholders. Middle management are 2 faced oxygen thieves taking up space. Safety is nonexistent run by incompetent clowns. The training department is a complete joke, understaffed, and can't make decisions or decide what to do.
