Pros

The work is rewarding, you play a role in saving lives everyday. The team members are all usually cool to work with, ignore the ones who don't play well with others. I love this job and honestly wouldn't leave it if I weren't relocating. The management is superb at listening and helping you work things out. They make you feel like they have your back. They try to make it a fun place to work.

Cons

Mandatory on call shifts. High stress, you have yo be able to let things go here. Not every person you try to help lives.
