      Pros

      Service that company provided helped to save lives.

      Cons

      No accountability from the top down. Wrong people in position of authority with no experience or skills in business as this is a business. People not following critical rules or management direction to which firing should occur but doesn't. Horribly run company that starts and ends with ill-equipped leadership. Sadly, too many agree but nothing is ever done.

      Pros

      Great company, growing, strong leadership of Arron Todd CEO will see this company through many years of gowth. Benifits are very good, insurance excellent, 401K plan contributions and match generous.

      Cons

      Long hours, some micro managing, some of the management and/ staff have short fuses. Company used to be more attentive to staff, but as it grew, that changed.
