Pros

Exact working hours can be a bit flexible. Company is huge, and probably not going to shut-down anytime soon.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance. On-call 24/7-365. Very hard to get time-off without being looked-down on. You can work your tail off for years, and never get a chance for promotion. Benefits are pricey, and only mediocre in quality. Pay is industry average, at best. Definitely a good-ol-boy club mentality in many parts of the company.

Pros

Fast growing company. Financially stable and many opportunities for professional growth. Safe and ethical and on the leading edge of critical care transport. Largest provider in the nation. Benefits are above average with a competitive 401K match.

Cons

Company is NOT employee focused and the employees feel it and therefore resent the senior leadership. It is a fast paced organization with constant change... if you like this environment, you will love it; if you have difficulty adapting to change, you will not be happy here.
