      They're OK

      Pros

      Pretty much everyone you ever knew who ever flew a helicopter has worked, does work, or will work for Air Methods. They pay money. They take the premise of the pilot's go/no go decision VERY seriously. Unionized. A company you can grow with PLENTY of overtime potential, namely at bases nationally located, so long as you are on a marketable type (e.g. NOT the KOALA or 155 lol)

      Cons

      They don't pay enough money. The aircraft are older. Aircraft aren't equipped with all the whiz-bang gadgets that they could be.

      Pros

      Excellent clinical educations in many forms. Case reviews, online and in person trainings, cadavers, pod cast and so on. Lots of communication from CEO, educations and management. Great schedule 1on1off1on5off Salary as far as California goes is absolutely excellent with daily OT and DT on a 24hr shift.

      Cons

      Health benefits could be better as far as premiums and coverage. Do have 3 options though.
