O/T available. Having a paycheck.

Cons

Management is out of touch, huge turnover in United Rotorcraft. Corporate management holds grudges against people you know and will take it out on you. Uses UR as a relief valve to show financial increases, lots of lay offs, no job security. No communication whether it be departmental or interdepartmental in UR. Zero on time deliveries, horrible atmosphere, unhappy employees. No training. Pretty much run, don't walk, away from this company. Almost certainly former employees probably have a degree of PTSD from working here. I wish I were exaggerating.

Co workers are the only good thing I can think of.

Cons

Management, management, management! Very very bad management! The only good management is at the base level, base leads. On the clinical side, on the aviation side, on the operations side, everywhere! Management is afraid of loosing their jobs so they will not back you up. Also pays very poorly. Also on the clinician side, they test and test and test you instead of train and train and train you.

Pros

Great company with very cool mission and products. Saves lives every day and provides helicopter tours in really cool places. A lot of career opportunities if you're willing to work hard.

Cons

Company has grown quickly and hasn't been able to keep up with the fast growth. They just announced new private equity ownership- this should be good for the company. Allow them to catch up a bit. Recent restructuring in some businesses should bring better career advancement and engagement if it works.
