time accounting system is flawed people fudging time for over time and just sitting doing nothing or walking around talking on phone with friends talking calls some second job. going away from a true 135 to more of an airline way of doing work. will cost in out of service time and flights if you don't trust your mechanics hire better people. leaving after 15 years with a bad taste for what this company is transforming too

Female pilots are washed out, mostly. They have to keep a few that stay under the radar for stats. I was told by a medic when I started, "Oh, you really are a helicopter pilot". Then he continued to complain to management, who did nothing in my favor.
