Great clinical training, autonomy, amazing line level colleagues. Significant improvement in wages over the last couple of years. Very inclusive hiring practices. Very proud of the safety culture.

Cons

Some (Not all) managers who micromanage and are clueless on how to treat professionals.

Go behind suppliers backs, do not care about contracts and will literally stab everyone in the back.

nice hanger for the aircraft, close to everything, med crew is great to work with.

Cons

It's a very busy base with little down time but if you like to fly, this base is the place to go.
