      Worst place for freshers to join.

      Pros

      Good salary to start with for freshers.

      Cons

      Many cons: The graduate engineer trainee batch was laid off without any prior notice. Many trainees were from reputed colleges which led to their loss of job in early career. Management is pathetic. No strategic business foresight led to massive layoffs. If you're a fresher considering to join I would advice not to join.

      Pros

      Stable company for the most part. Room for growth but mainly need engineering background. Good work/life balance. Lots of decent hybrid/remote roles.

      Cons

      Changed sales incentive structure pushing sales team elsewhere. Lots of obstacles/processes within company to get things done. Culture/atmosphere might feel "stale" for younger generation.
