      Working remotely at Air Apps offers me a couple of advantages. The precondition for a healthy work environment is trust. At Air Apps, we are flexible to combine our tasks with the requirements of caring for children or other beloved ones, having pets, or simply caring for ourselves. Air Apps understands the importance of mental health and psychological safety in the workplace. In addition, we are striving for professional and personal improvement supported by our managers. At Air Apps, we have a holistic approach to communication, performance, and development.

      The onboarding process is very smooth Supportive & friendly working environment They are open to feedback and they care about the opinions of the employees Make you feel like you really are a part of something great rather than just another ring of the chain They always appreciate the initiative and effort

      Pros

      - The company is always open to suggestions and feedback. They not just take the feedback but implements it for real - Flexible working hours - You get to work with the latest technologies and tools - All of the people that work here are really good and genuine(perks of small company)

      Cons

      I couldn't find any cons so far. I hope it's going to remain that way. So far everything looks good to me. Sometimes you may miss the water cooler conversations. But the company is trying it's best to do those virtually.
