The engineering team is top tier. The focus on core values produces a great, diverse culture. The business is growing fast, which is good for career growth at the company (and growth of your stock options).

Cons

It can be hard to onboard so many new people. This is a good problem to have, though.

- office culture - open communication with manager and staffs - your opinions, feedback and suggestions are highly encouraged - company activities, free food - my closest friends are my colleagues - challenging but interesting roles in the company - company trusts you to make decisions and be accountable for results

Cons

- long work hours - if you are seeking a redundant and predictable workday life, then this job is not for you - because of the hypergrowth, changes can happen and one must be flexible and ready to take on new challenges

Pros

Airbnb has a strong and nice culture. Benefits are also good (they really care about their employees). It's a great place to develop in your career, specially if you're young. You'll be challenged day after day!

Cons

There are some problems in the Business Management in general: HR struggles to keep culture in international offices, most decisions come top-down, leadership are sometimes not supportive, there's lack of good training (most of the things you'll have to learn by yourself).
