      Great company to work for

      Pros

      Very open and constructive working environment. Engineering is very empowered and respected within the organization. Plenty of opportunities for international mobility. Flexitime works well and work/life balance is respected.

      Cons

      Poor (very old) site accommodation at Stevenage & Portsmouth Mobility is encouraged but difficult as many people stay in their jobs for a long time. Pay is OK but not great.

      -Good overall working environment. -People are nice and take interns into consideration. -Interns have responsibilities just like every other engineer. -High-tech machinery and processes.

      Cons

      -Sometimes you wish things were done in a different manner. -Relations can be a bit gossipy sometimes.

      Pay, benefits, and holidays are very generous. The work is interesting and the hours aren't bad.

      Cons

      There's a lot of bureaucracy. Many decisions are made in Europe that would be best left to local management.
