      Pros

      Interesting work with good compensation and benefits. Plenty of customer facing opportunities. Good name recognition for networking and resume building.

      Cons

      Long term vision is cloudy. Training is minimal due to workload. Departments are typically understaffed leading to resource over utilization. Limited growth potential of small isolated groups.

      They had some cool products at one time

      Cons

      They do not care about their employees...HR runs the show here...for the company NOT the staff. Any vision the R&D management team had is gone.

      The company offers a lot of opportunities for recent graduates Company has a good environment, friendly people, pleasure to work with 35 hours working a week Flexible timetable Good environment, bike shed, shower facilities

      Management in some work packages are not interested in employers development Possible request to work extra hours Process of requesting - approving trainings is too long
