      Pros

      Great working environment, great team leaders and managers. Intern program is well paid.

      Cons

      No benefits. Some intern positions are better than others.

      Working in Spain was wonderful.

      Cons

      Planning, communication and overall support is non-existent. In Spain, they have not yet invented some of the basic management principles that the rest of the world has been developing over the last century.

      - high quality company - really multi national - excellent flexi hours and only 35 pw

      Cons

      - better pay would be advantagious - they like free labour work sometimes, promoting internship for free for long periods and not hiring at the end.
