      Pros

      Talented people, exciting projects, international exposure, lots of responsibility at an early stage, good benefits, work life balance possible, decent amount of travel

      Cons

      The number of projects being rolled out simultaneously sometimes makes makes it hard to get the necessary resources to get the job done quickly

      Pros

      Good travel and mobility options. Lots of different roles and opertunities. Great graduate scheme.

      Cons

      Not so great as you get older and settled (married, kids etc) and can't be so flexible. It has the usual big company politics, made more complicated by the multi-national setup.

      Pros

      Airbus is a great opportunity for any young person wishing to start their career. Anyone wishing to hopefully work abroad one day should definitely chase a career in airbus as mobility is greatly encouraged. I have been working in Airbus Uk for four years now and have recently had the opportunity to work in Nantes, France and it was a fantastic experience. The benefits given to employees through numerous schemes are second to none. Development is a very important aspect of Airbus and the company will do all they can to further support your training/development aspirations. Also Airbus really is a 'job for life' with the company outlook always expanding and improving.

      Cons

      The biggest con i can think of is that with such a big company and many employees at all different levels there can sometimes be a 'divide' between corporate levels, such as between upper management and the employees directly on the factory floor. Although this is improving with recent involvement schemes.
