      Pros

      Commited at a company level to safety and innovation. Site level communication is strong.

      Cons

      Management can't get out of their own way. Constant demands for increased productivity without finding efficiencies in existing processes to facilitate this. Due to the level of work required at an individual level we're always stuck firefighting without the time to get on top or ahead of the issues we face.
