      great culture and benefits

      Pros

      Employees across all sectors are friendly and great to get alone with and communicate quickly. They have employee resource group that are expanding to different cultures and groups to make the employees feel included and seen. Also Airbus provides a pretty great benefits package.

      Cons

      Anything having to deal with IT takes a while to get fix ,especially with most problems having to go through France head quarters first.

      Pros

      Plenty of time off. Some jobs pay really well. Some potential for growth and a career path. Great start for interns. Remote work 2 days a week. Benefits are good. Tuition reimbursement. Emphasis on inclusion and diversity and lots of Employee Resource Groups.

      Cons

      Save for internships, the pay is generally below industry standards. Some jobs have no career path. Interns don't have a clear path to full-time employment. Too many poor managers. Not enough administrative support. Too many single points of failure.

      on paper very insteresting job but ....

      Cons

      - dont share information and if goes wrong the show information how had prevent this; - Indirect permenant employers try stab in back - Contracters in engineering not treated as one of them
