One of the values is, "HAVING FUN IN THE PROCESS," and we do. *Professional Staff *Personal Development is encouraged and supported *The "Win, Win, Win" equation. Our operations and attitudes are structured so that our Clients, our Employees & our Company Wins. *Our Clients! I love our clients. I have worked in customer service all my life and so much enjoy getting to know our clients. Up until 3 years ago, I worked in large cities. I find that the smaller town and rural area residents are down to earth and make it a pleasure to interact with them. It often feels like I get paid to talk to my friends all day. *We also get Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Bereavement Days, Group Health & Life Insurance with supplement options.

Cons

Some days are more challenging than others. This is an HVAC Company and it gets HOT in Texas! Having said that, overall I have no complaints...see above.
