We are truly saddened to hear that you had such a negative experience. Aires always strives to create an environment in which our employees can grow and achieve their full potential. I am not sure how long it has been since your exit from the company, but it may help to hear that in the past year alone Aires has made significant changes in our training processes as well as expanded our training team to better serve our people and set them up for success. xFactor is intended to be an opportunity for our new hires to connect with others and see how vital each role is in the continued success of our business. In addition to the changes made to our other training processes our team is always open to feedback on how we can improve and better serve the attendees. Concerning the statement about your privacy, this situation you detailed is certainly not something that is standard practice. While it may be necessary for managers to check in on employees from time to time there is not normally a scenario in which a manager is contacting an individual’s landlord or rental office unless there is a concern for an employee’s health and well-being.
