Pros

you have a job and you get a salary

Cons

MOBILITY SPECIALIST ROLE: management will paint a pretty picture when you are starting off. you will always hear the phrase “we will set you up for success” but it’s actually the opposite because they will give you an unreasonable amount of clients/customers to work on, which will eventually lead to failure or you needing to compromise family life to work overtime just to be able to catch up. It got so bad that in one of the offices that there were 8 employees who left in a span of 10 months. Of course when you ask management about this during the interview process, they will tell you things like “the role is not for everyone” or “it takes someone with determination and committment to be accomplished in this role”

Pros

Not a lot of pros. You have a handful of people that really are there to work and be productive however they are continually set up for failure and told this is just part of the business. Anyone in Relocation knows the summer months can be brutal, but Aires sets the stage for disaster and the person that really suffers is the customer and client.

Cons

Aires promotes a 'Aires DNA' . The DNA consist of bullying of employees, degrading employees in front of associates, and promoting cliques . Rudeness is tolerated and new employees are treated with great disrespect. New employees are not trained yet expected to take on full caseloads in areas they are not skilled in. While promoting a flex schedule, schedules are set for most employees , while others are allowed to come and go throughout the day.
