Where to start....
1. It's a dead end job/career. It really is. That's why the management has created the "young emerging leaders" program. The company likes to hire fresh college grads, under pay them and make them believe they aren't running on a treadmill for as long as possible.
2. The "positive" environment gets hokey real quick. I don't need a food truck or wear a Steelers to work day....people want more $ and less stress.
3. This is a company where the top two executives are married and they try to keep that under wraps. What?! I would try to embrace it and create a story about the whole thing but's it all hush hush at aires. Long story short - be careful of who you tell things to at the company. Marrying or screwing management has been known to lead to job promotions.
