      -Excellent training program & strong emphasis on continuing education -Wonderful team atmosphere-- fun environment on the floor -Outstanding recognition incentives -Strong support from direct supervisory team -Wealth of resources to obtain information -Financially stable company with zero debt and significant growth -Exciting work-- no day is ever the same!

      Cons

      -Caseloads can be high, but there is always adequate support and help available -Volume is very high during peak season in summer, but operations team is paid for any overtime hours worked. -Challenging industry to learn, but the resources available give you all you need to learn it. Also, upper management will notice you if you put in the hard work to learn and excel.

      Nice co-workers and that's about the only Pro because the most help you will receive will be from that of your colleagues. You will learn a lot, unfortunately it won't lead to any professional growth.

      Cons

      Absolutely no work/life balance. The "higher ups" are completely clueless as to what's going on and the only thing they are concerned with is making more money regardless of the negative impact it has on clients and more importantly the employees.
