Pros

Middle management is a joke. Big mistake making sales people DM's. No clue! Was a great company to work for before that.

Cons

The company will hire anyone with a degree. Nothing to do with the business as long as you have the degree they will give you a job. That's difficult for people that has years of service and have to take orders from someone that doesn't know what their doing. You get killed in this business if you don't know what you're doing.

Pros

Office supplies are readily available - it's amazing that they spend so much $$$ on pens and staplers but when it comes time for raises they have alligator arms.

Cons

No support and no leadership in the human resources department in Long Beach - matter of fact there is no leadership at all here. Questions and suggestions go unanswered for weeks before getting shot down. The finance group here equally smells and lacks continuity and direction. This industry is old and stogie this no innovation and managers who are resistant to change and improvements. Their CS2 (customer service) rollout and training was a joke and continues to be ignored actions the board - they as rude to each other internally as they are to the customers.
